Telkom is the worst!!!

Hi,

I need someone that can help me. I've been trying to get back my phone from telkom, after I tried claiming from the insurance. We are going on 3 months strong now and it's getting ridiculous. I keep paying each month for a contract I can bearly use, because I have no device. I have been on the phone now with telkom for about a month and none of them could help me.

I requested telkom last week to send my phone back so I can fix it myself, because Telkom insurance apparently can't repair a broken screen.
