Telkom is billing me but I don't know why

I lost my phone which was on contract and it was insured by finrite they did gave me a new phone but they're are continuing deducting insurance premiums of which I'm not sure why they are continuing because the phone that I was insuring is no longer in my possession and when I asked if this premium are for this new phone I'm using no one has gave me a straight answer so I would like to know this monthly premium are for what
