Telkom is bad

Telkom insurance at admin plus their service is very bad. We have been calling in for a month almost everyday no one from the call center is taking our calls.

We've been communicating with Ethel- Jean via email he/she responds every email after a week.

Just checked my statement the deducted the insurance money but i'ts been a minute nth without a phone since i sent in a claim.
