Telkom is a **** and finrite

<div>I lost my huawie p20 lite on November 2019..I reported the issue at Telkom and they closed up my phone and recommended their bull**** and ******** insurance company Telkomfinrite..i opened a case using the reference number and brought the box of the phone and slips to the police station afterwards I submitted the affidavit and all details to telkomfinrite they responded with automated emails weeks went by till I tried to call them .Their *** administrators took long to reply and some will just hang .they toke details and promised to get back and they said there is an amount of money I need to buy from that day they never picked up or responded to e-mails. I went to Telkom store where I bought the phone and I called them as well they did not help me they told me that they have nothing to do with finrite i should deal with finrite ..this is a **** cause they deducted money every month and now</div>
