Telkom insurance is a ****!!!

Telkom insurance still deducting my account even after canceling!!!

I have been experiencing terrible service from FinRite insurance sponsored by telkom. I bought a phone in 2018 and included insurance on it.

I finished my phone installments and didn't renew the contract with Telkom or take another phone. I also decided to cancel the insurance. I follow their procedure whereby they said I must cancel my contract via email. I did and they provided me with confirmation in a forms a pdf document.

It's been over 6 months since I canceled my insurance with telkom and FinRite administrators but they are still debiting my account. I lodged a complaint but nothing has been done.
