TELKOM INSURANCE HORRORS

Telkom is the mother of all horrors.I submitted my cellphone for repairs two weeks ago. When I submitted my phone, I received a reference number. I have not received any communication/correspondence regarding my claim. I called the *** number numerous times to follow up on my claim,only for the automated response to play music and put you on hold till your phone call is cut off.I also sent numerous emails with no response or acknowledgement of receipt . This level of incompetency is revolting to say the least.
