Telkom Insurance giving me a run around.
I have been a client of finrite insurance for almost 2 years now. I claimed for my lost phone and have sent documents needed to support the claim but have not heard anything yet. I have tried to call them this afternoon 19 Nov 2019 but my call keeps on getting cut off as soon as I explain why am I calling. I find this offensive and unprofessional and I think its best I terminate my contract with these people.
