Almost 3 weeks not even a message or an idea as to what is going on with Telkom insurance . wait on the phone for 30 minutes and then operator answers asks for details says they looking at my profile puts on hold for further 5 mins and then they cut the call . This whole process is repeated time and time again , job card number TRJ112342
