Telkom Insurance

I submitted a claim on the 10th of June to Telkom's insurance called Finrite, after losing my phone through theft. I submitted ITC number, opened a case of theft with the police and made an affidavit as requested and emailed to them. I never received a response from them, when I phoned they told me that they're going to find out from their manager if they can approve my claim. The gentleman or agent I spoke to was Simphiwe. It's almost 2 months now as nd I haven't received a response. I asked Telkom as this insurance was introduced to me by of of their sales agent and nothing came out of it. Telkom told me it's a third party company and they are not allowed to get involved. I thought by coming to this platform Telkom would pressurized their client but nothing. I really need a phone desperately but looks like it was a sham insurance sold to me by Telkom
