Telkom insurance cancellation

I have been phoning Finrite several times to cancel my cellphone insurance but cannot seem to get through. They keep on telling me that I must keep holding and they will pass me to the first available agent.

They can't even help me inside the store because Telkom keeps on billing me every month for insurance of which I do not have that phone anymore.

I am highly DISAPPOINTED. Because it's nothing to get the insurance but as soon as you want to cancel it, there's these long procedures. I am honestly out of patience now.
