Telkom Insurance called Finrite

I lost my phone on the 9th of June and went to Telkom a couple of days later to claim a new one. I was told to open up a case with the police and get an ITC number with Telkom. I did all of that and made an affidavit with the police and faxed it to Finrite insurance. 2 weeks after, a gentleman by the name of Simphiwe from Finrite insurance told me that my application was pending. Last week I enquired again and the lady whose name I can't remember told me that she's going to ask her manager the reason why my claim was not processed and she would phone me. One of Telkom"s employees in Arderly Street told me Finrite insurance might take up to 6 months to process my claim. That's what happened to them. They don't care and a lot of people gave up claiming because of their poor service I can't wait any longer, who can I talk to if Telkom cannot help me with their insurance
