telkom insurance administered by finrite is a ****

it pains my heart to have such an experience with this useless insurance i have submitted my claim over a week ago everyday when i call to follow up on my claim i am told that i have to wait for 48 hours. your consultants are very *********** and rude after holding the line for so long they just drop the call and tell you to call again tomorrow. i have requested several times to speak to a supervisor or a manager but you will always be told there is no team leader or a supervisor no one the floor let me take your details and they will call you...... ohh my god its very frustrating knowing that there will be no one to get back to you. i will advise everyone not to ever take this guys to ensure their devices... i do not know whether i will get a new device or i just have to forget... the last consultant that i spoke to tells me that i have insured imei number 1 whilst the insured number was in sim 2.... lol as if that makes sense that i can loose imei 2 instead of 1 but its still the same device........
