TELKOM HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS

We ordered a Fixed Line Look Alike (a desk cellphone that does not use copper cables). It arrived with no sim card. So we phoned, they would send one - and we have now contacted them 23 times in three months. There is no supervisor and nobody is responsible for completing the job. We have dealt with 23 different call centre operators. Surely somebody, sometime, must take ownership of the problem and get it sorted out?
