TELKOM FINRITE - WORST SERVICE EVER

Telkom, I would like for you take note that the service provider that you are using for Cellphone Insurance is absolutely pathetic. I have had the most horrific experience with Telkom Finrite. My claim has been under review for the last two weeks with absolutely no feedback. First I get told that they are waiting for the usage report, then I get told the claim is under review, after that I was told that the claim has been sent for device authorization, only to three days later that the claim is under review and you are still awaiting usage report. WHAT NONSENSE IS THAT?

I have been paying my monthly premium diligently and now when it comes to claiming they are playing games. I was promised a call back from a Senior in Telkom Finrite with no call back. If my claim does not get resolved I will be left with no option but to cancel the debit order for my contract and cancel all existing contracts I have with Telkom.
