Telkom Finrite Pathetic

Most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Telkom Finrite have no concern of customers whatsoever. I have given my phone in for repairs in October last year and receive no feedback. When I called in I get told hat they are offline so sorry nothing can be done. Oh and the manager is having tea so sorry about that too. I do not even have a quote on an excess amount to date. Pathetic.
