Telkom finrite is very ***********

I lost my device a week ago, I've done everything with the police the only thing left now is for Telkom finrite to send me a claims form, their phone rings none stop and no one bothers to answer, the sad thing is that when I signed up for the insurance there were no hussles, but now I must claim I can't get help, their branches don't at all, I was in a very long in maponya Mall for about 2 hours only for them to tell me that I must call their call center where I would hold for 30 minutes then the phone hungs up.. Telkom are very *********** because you don't forget to debit my account.. Im very ****ed nxaa
