Telkom finrite is a ****
I lost my Huawei p20 lite last year I reported the matter and submitted everything to finrite they did not respond and I tried calling and they said I had to pay a fee and never got back to me again it's been 5 months now I' don't know what to do rather than sueing this guys im tired of calling for long hours without progress
