Telkom Finrite Insurance reneges on its end of the deal

Shocking and appalling service;I am completely disappointed in the way my insurance claim has been handled by the Telkom Insurance, Finrite. The way they're treating customers is definitely not on. I lost my cellphone almost two weeks ago and everytime I enquire on what's happening I get told the same thing, "they are awaiting on report from Telkom" I really don't know what they expect to happen to their clients in the meantime . The only reason we pay for insurance is to be guaranteed that we will not suffer having to wait forever in order to get our cellphones back. I have been calling the contact centre almost everyday only to be send from pillar to post. I really am at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore. @Finrite you are not respecting your customers. Please do better!
