Telkom Finrite Insurance (Letlhogonolo Gaethuse Customer Experience Agent)

I have lodge a second claim with Finrite Telkom Insurance but I'm still getting the poor service I got a month back I have been sending numerous e-mails to Letlhogonolo Gaethuse Customer Experience Agent, And he has blatantly ignored me with no feed back what so ever I have been calling him on this number *** but he is always out or on lunch. And the e-mails he just ignores them. What more should I do to get your attention regarding this matter. May I please have feed back Letlhogonolo Gaethuse Customer Experience Agent seens you are an Experienced Agent and you the only one that works with Telkom Insurance as I was told by your secretary.
