Telkom doesn't care about their customers

We have contacted Telkom for acquiring internet services with them they required a 700 deposit into their ABSA account which I did make payment however I have not received a SMS stating as to when the technition will come out to my premises to install the service whenever I call the contact centre they will escalate the matter and someone will call me in 24-48 hours however it has been a week and still no call or SMS I have been calling but it is fruitless...why do they do this to customers if it was not for the customers they wouldn't have a successful business
