Telkom Contract Cancellation Fail - 1 Year Later

Last year on the 7th of August, I called Telkom to cancel my contract with them. The woman I spoke to assured me that the contract was cancelled. Then I continued getting debitted. I made follow calls, each one assuring me that my contract was terminated. I even went into the app and cancelled it. They are still debiting my account. My advice, think twice before taking on Telkom as a service provider. They do not deserve us.
