Telkom Cellphone Insurance

I lost a phone in November and then submitted the claim on the 27th but until now nothing has happened and it's a contract with insurance I opened the contract at Menlyn store.

Their service is poor. It's now July, no response has been given regarding the cellphone reported that was insured with them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to choose Telkom in the near future.
