TELKOM BAD SERVICE NO TECHNICIANS

What a horrible network I logged a fault yesterday and they still never came out to solve the problem it's been 24 hours now without internet every time I call the customer care they say that there is no technicians available yet they are waiting for technicians this is poor customer service telkom has a horrible reputation in this regards I wouldn't recommend their ADSL to anyone regardless of price their customer care line takes forever to pick up their technicians are slow to respond and that's if they don't care about the urgency of the situation some of us use these networks to work from home and if the internet is down we don't get paid and in turn we can't pay the service provider so how is telkom gonna deal with this I don't know but one thing is for sure their service is pathetic
