Telkom bad server

It's been over a month now since I have been having internet connection problems I have been trying to contact telkom but no one gets back to me and resolve my issue I couldn't do my work for over a month and it seems like telkom doesn't care they no longer have a customer care support and when you communicate with their robot it will always tell you that it will get someone to call you back but no one will call you back telkom it's now one of the worst service providers and when I remember I used to tell everyone to get or to use a telkom SIM card but I regret telling all those people to use telkom, I really bad experience telkom
