Telkom and it's pathetic service

I am so disgusted with Telkom I have cancelled my contract after having so much hassles with them now that's it's cancelled and I received a paid up invoice they still have the nerve to debit my account this morning I will cancel this debit every time it's goes home because I don't understand why the ****** billing department can't not do their jobs properly
