Telkom and Finrite ****

I am so dissappointed with the poor service recieved from Finrite and Telkom insurance. I claimed my ****** phone last week Wednesday and did not get any response from the above stated insurance company. I went to a Telkom outlet requesting one of the consulants to assist me but she told me straight to my face that finrite is giving them problems so she also cannot assist me. It seems to me that these companies are ******** people for their financial gain because Telkom also gave me problems before they could actually give me my ITC number and now Fi rite is also doing the same. Telkom customer care is trained to lie to us as consumers before they help us or maybe they hope that we will leave this matter and not report it like most consumers. I am so disgusted by the level of service offered by both parties and i hope Hello Peter will be able to assist me with this matter.
