Telkom and Finrite are the ****** in the industry. You make a claim, you'll never get your claim at all. Its been five months still waiting for the phone "to be delivered", but no phone. Promises of emails to be sent never reach me. When you try to call them, they'll pick up after days of trying. Telkom has disappointed me by linking us with a terrible company like Finrite and not want to take accountability when you go to telkom.
