Telkom and Finrite a no go zone at at all

Its been 7 weeks without a phone no one is helping me the call centre department is having a group of rude people who are not doing their job. Telkom and this so called patner they are just useless. Who ever reads this dont fall in the trap you will regret just like i have. you wont even get feedback you will have to call by yourself all the time and you will wait for 20 minutes or more.
