Telkom a banch of ********

ive had a router with telkom just close to 2yrs now lately i discovered that there was a subscription of R3 accumulating to my account daily went in to the Telkom in Promenade Mall Mitchells plain and the consultants could not help me only refered me to the call center that also did not call me and I had to go back and they logged another call and I was called days later and promised that the subscription was cancelled today I found out that its still accumulating i requested another call but no one called me and as of 01-05-2022 the R3 has still been added to my account.Telkom is just the worst there branches that cant help.nor there call centers absolutely terrible
