I bought R64 Telkom airtime via Capitec but did not receive my airtime. This happened on the 14 of February and as yet have not received my airtime. The money is definately out of my bank account. After receiving two case numbers ***0 and ***5 and placing numerous calls as of today 22/02/2022 the matter is still not resolved. As I only receive a government pension only I cannot afford this kind of situation.
