Pathetic costomer service at Telkom insurance (Finrite) they don't respond to emails, if you don't call they don't attend to your case, most of the stuff is just lazy you have to push them to do their work. I don't recommend Telkom insurance to anyone it is not worth the money we pay even on this day I haven't recieved a email or call from them unless I call them it's been almost a month now.
