Such bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise what going on here urgently,</p> <p> </p> <p>Since Tuesday I’ve been trying to call Csurance which is administered by you and I haven’t been able to get through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hold for 30mins every day and the call just gets cut, even on the weekend same thing happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really trying to track how far are you with my claim application as I haven’t received any feedback from you.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys provide such poor service, even on my previous claim I had to log a complaint because you were unable to track my phone and had to wait 9 months for this to be sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please attend to this urgently.</p> <p> </p>
