STRANDED CUSTOMER !PHONELESS

Yet again another empty promise .. On the 21st of JULY time 18h04 i received a call from Siphosihle .who claimed to be an agent frm Telkom office she apologies to me about the matter and promised to resolve my issue.. till this time there is no communication. Am without a phone in order for me to make a call or to wright this mail i need to borrow my mothers device.

Am working from and i am struggling with the fact that i don't have a phone and the system that am using i need to get a token for it to be able to continue with my Work...am so FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED..
