****** phone claim nightmare!

Finrite administrators along with telkom are *****! I paid for my contract phone for 16 months!!! 16 months!! Now when it's time to claim it ****** nobody can help me. I called finrite from the 19th of December till today nobody can resolve my query!

They keep on telling me that they can't see any insurance for my phone whereas they saw it when they were deducting my money. I even sent them my recent invoice they asked for proof of purchase i sent that too then again silence!! I guess I'll have to call them once again as i do all the time. They never bother to call... I am never gonna risk my money like that again I'd rather not have insurance especially not finrite!!
