Still waiting for my refund

finrite insurance failed to deliver the device since I've logged in the claim in January did all the documentation and paid the excess fee before this Pandemic but still the insurance failed to give me a new device till now all their operators have been lying to me Can I get my refund back please!!! I want nothing to do with this insurance
