Still no call or feedback

<p>So still here i am a month later awaiting a call from Finrite Administrators with regards to my insurance claim,</p> <p>i have been calling continously for the past month and i am told they are wiaiting for the policy number from headoffice,you can undersand my frustration a si donot understand how doe sit take so long for a policy number to come from head office, i am tired of calling and the empty promises i have written complains an di am told i will be contacted to date i am yet to receive a call.</p>
