Still have not been assisted for over six months

<p>I bought a phone at exact key west for someone ele she lost it I called to report this I have not received any communication from finite I always have to call and they told me I have to go to the store as they have not responded to their emails every time I call I get the same story am still waiting for feedback from f inrite they debit their premiums monthly but no help in terms of TFC AND NCA this is not right</p>
