Stil no response until now

Stil no response from Finrite since the 22/02/2020 even the email i sent to andile nkwa****, Natasha klaasen and rathlogonolo ramosela, til this day nothing, this how useleaa this insurance is. Got a response from the finrite insurance via "hello peter" that they wil get someone to contact me, probably wil be next year. As soon as I get my phone, I'm definitely canceling this **** insurance, quick to get money but no response there after. I know my phone is not repairable, as the condition it was in, I'm expecting a BRAND NEW phone SINCE I AM PAYING FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE. Worse service I ever came across in my life. Clearly they don't care about their customers as long as they get money.and I wil continue to post on hello peter until something gets done about the pathetic service this insurance gives to their customers who actually pays their contract phone.
