Stalling to payout

My girlfriend insured the phone with finrite, the phone got lost and she reported the matter to the police including Finerite and submitted all the paper work, every time she follow up she is told there are details missing, first it was the signatures then her mother's signature and everytime they comply they are told the same thing over and over, I believe they do not want to payout but payments are being received every month. This is the worst service provider ever i wouldn't recommend any one to use this company IMEI: ********** ********** 1

To date no response from finrite, I have never dealt with such dishonest company, you'd swear they associated with ANC or run by the Guptas. Finrite is *****ing from what they call their customers, they make promises they do not adhere to. They should me exposed for what they really are. this needs to go to the public people have the right to know that they are a company who just ***** peoples money and when they suppose to live up to their promise they make promises they do not live up to and excuses just not to pay out. The public is going to know you for who you are
