SNEAKY INSURANCE

Okay so in 2019 around April I lost my phone , I then claimed with the insurance all went well, received a new phone but neither the insurance or the consultant I was liaising with informed me that I need to update the insurance that I received another device...I have been under the impression that since I was dealing with them they would update everything … I have been paying for insurance all along until I decided to go do an upgrade march 2021...only to find out that the phone I had was never insured and if I had lost it they were not going to pay out...so furious , a whole R3000 some odds ********** , I am so furious I want my funds back.
