Six Month of paying premiums with no cellphone

Sins november 2019 till today I'm still awaiting for a cellphone which was booked in for repairs.i was told it's a BR so they will give me new phone.its been six months now when ever I call everyone will tell me a different story.at first I called on a Thursday and I was told it will be delivered before Monday because it is with the supplier .when I do follow up I was told address was not given,weeks later they told me nothing shows if I will get a device but they have sent email to the supplier,then months later they are still awaiting response from the supplier,then 6month later nothing is showing in the system and they will send email again to the supplier.i asked the person who was assisting me as to what then do I do sins it's been 6month and I keep hearing different stories.she told me there is nothing I can do about the situation il just have to wait.i don't know what to do anymore
