SICK AND TIRED OF FINRITE!!!

This company is a nightmare!!! They have no idea of running a company but, at the end of the month they want money! I have received terrible treatment form Finrite. I have been waiting for my phone replacement for over a month now. When I call they tell me lies that they will deliver the phone on such a date but, it has been long now and I have lost my patience!!! I want my phone and I want ombudsmen to interfere now!! I doubt if those consultants are trained properly for this job. No customer service at all. I demand a manager to sort my claim asap!!! I will not continue with this company after all the bad service I have received!
