Short Changed by Insurance administrators

My Name is Bafana Nkambule and I wish to share the most unspeakable experience I have ever encountered. This company apparently accepted a handover of insurance administration for mobile handsets. The Initial Administrators is Finrite and Hollard are the underwriters. This has been a nightmare for me since the 10th of April this year, when I lodged the claim with them, for an I Phone 7 . The company that handled this business before was Finrite and I failed to get reasons from them , why they handed over to this World Wide Knowledge group. I have never had a problem with Finrite . Firstly when I followed up with a ticket number, which they give, I experienced this being sent from pillar to post situation, spread between asking for the subscribers contract( which has been availed to them 3 times already, and bank statements from November 2016 (that's how long the premium deductions have been going on because I get notifications from the bank every month )- because they did not have any record on me, and getting a total of eight ticket numbers which do not give you any way foward, since you speak to a new consultant every day. It has been five weeks now since the claim was lodged on April 10. All of the consultants ***gy back on my air time to do the company's business because they can make you hold for as long as 30 minutes while god knows what they are consulting on, for eventually you reach a dead end and you are instructed to submit same document all over again, a claim form which they already have or a subscriber's contract again. To cut a long story short, today I spoke to same lady that addressed me two days ago and vowed that this is almost done, I must just ask the person who answers the phone first next time to just process( one Nokwethemba) she had taken my bank statements to the correct department after we settled on 3 instead of 15. I could not believe when she told me that I am insured for data bundles and a Samsung S 5 which I had more that 3 years ago, and that for this I phone 7, I should have lodged the claim within 30 days.It seems it was a deliberate push for time for the eventuality of her telling me this today, since the claim was lodged on the 10th April. I had to record our conversation where I asked her to give me permission to go to my bank and see if we can review these deductions or if she is allowing me to handle this matter the way I see fit from now henceforth, if she cannot escalate it to her seniors. I was trying to establish if the buck stops with her and it seems she is not sure if that is the case. We ended the conversation on the note that I will have to see how I deal with this, going foward. I would like to do a Documentary for BBC one of these days .
