Shocking service and ******* turn around times!!
<p>They tell me it takes 7 days to get call recordings - 15 days later. . . Nothing but excuses!!!</p> <p>Today no one answers the phone ( ********** ) on option 2!!! Cancelled my policy in AUGUST ALREADY!!!! I want ALL my money bac**** Why haven't I received my recordings???</p>
