Seriously not happy

I am literally so fed up with this insurance company. First they gave me the worst service when I had claimed my phone. Now I am trying to cancel the cover as my account is in arrears and I can't afford the installments anymore. I've sent numerous emails and I've tried to contact them for the past weeks but still nothing. My ID number is *** and contact number is ***. I really need assistance asap.
