****** ******** who won’t cancel insurance even after zillion requests

From May 2021, I have been trying to cancel my insurance with these people and at first they said it was successfully cancelled. I see I am still being billed for the insurance and have sent numerous emails to them, all I get it it will be escalated. They have been esk lying from May till today and I want all the monies they have take from me after when they decided to ignore my cancellation requests. These people are ****** and all they are good is is taking your money and they now zilch when it comes to customer service. All their staff sound like broken records when they all tell you they have escalated, an escalation that never gets responded to while I still pay to avoid my name being dented by blacklisting. I want to warn people who are thinking of getting insured with these ********! Do not! Do not! You will be sorry. Their consultants are useless
