I still get sms from Ackemans saying I owe 148 which is for the family protection plan i never approved on my account. That needs to be removed cause it was put on my account **********ly and I will not pay for it. Finrite and even when i kept calling to tell them info was added n the doc after i was made to sign it being told by Mfundo their sales agent that I'm getting a card replacement cause my card was old only for them to add it on my account since February 2018 they've been taking my money until i started looking at the statement to see what **** they've ere doing. Their agents are rude especial Tiisetso whom i had to shout at cause she kept talking over me. My name and surname is spelled wrong despite them having a copy of my ID. I want my refund and this nonsense charged on my account removed. Finrite is ****** they called me monday to confirm if i authorized a policy on my account and i immediately shut them down that i'm not interested in it nor did i know about it but they still billed me . Bunch of ***** and ********. who just ***** your hard earned money and their agents lying to customers so they can get sales.
