******** bad insurance
I am very upset with these bunch of ********, finrite has been debiting my R66 with no fail I received a response from Natasha and she is saying my policy lapsed no one ever called me that I owe premiums no that I want my phone fixed I am told the policy lapsed yes I reversed my Jan premium because I felt I am being taken for a ride do not open an insurance with them they are bunch of ********

01 Feb 2022, 18:59according to Natasha Claassen's email, you are saying my policy lapsed now I'd like to think a policy lapses if premiums are not received for 3months now you have sent me more 5 months that I have not paid forget about Jan 2022 because I reversed that one but the other months you saying were not paid and yet premiums were still being debited even though it lapsed
When did this policy lapse exactly (date) what method was used to communicate that it lapsed? Why was my account debited this whole time? Who called to say my premiums are outstanding? This matter is not resolved until I am satisfied
Today again my account was debited on what grounds is my account being debited when You said policy lapsed
