telkom is full of a bunch of ***** i've been waiting for my phone for almost 2 months now, this is like my second review because i've had enough of the lies, i call these stupid consultants who were taught to lie everyday, one consultant told me my phone is fixed, the following day i call again they tell me my phone is beyond repair they have to give me a new phone, then i did whatever they said i must do then they told me they're bull**** story "you have to wait 5 to 7 days" for us to order a new phone but when i was paying my premiums i never told them to wait 5 to 7 days. finrite is a ****, any advice on what to do from here guys? because am paying thousands every month for something i dont have. dont see the automatic reply from finrite and think we getting help. finrite is a ****!!!!!!!!!!
