It been 3 months now, when I called last tsepo said the same thing that my phone is still ordered, and the supplier doesn't have it as yet, I'm so stressed, getting through to finrite is supper hard, you'll have to wait for hours to get through so I have put together all the documents ombudsman required from me, the emails, call recordings and so on so on Monday I'm sending everything there since they said they will be able to help me but I don't recommend this **** insurance to anyone, I paid my excess immediately after my claim and my D/O are still running, I regret the day I took this insurance
